CONSTRUCTION WELL UNDERWAY AT YORK PARK, MARKET WEIGHTON

Works are well underway at York Park, Market Weighton which are on track for a practical completion early 2027. Once built the scheme will provide 35,000 sq ft of employment space and a new Lidl store, as well as 120 new homes.

The site is being delivered by Danum Homes in conjunction with Danum Developments, with Flint Real Estate instructed as retained sole agents for the lettings on the employment scheme which is providing industrial / trade units from 1200 to 15,000 sq ft.
