TRIO OF ROADSIDE DEVELOPENT SITES ACQUIRED BY FLINT REAL ESTATE

Flint Real Estate has advised on the acquisition of three sites on behalf of retained roadside developer clients.

We shall now be working with the developers and occupiers to redevelop the sites and bring activity and jobs to the local economies

The deals which were concluded on an unconditional basis are as follows:

- 0.8 acre roadside development site in Mansfield
- 3.8 acre roadside development site in Spalding
- 0.8 acre former car dealership in Colne

We have an active requirement for more roadside sites from 0.2 to 5 acres on an unconditional and conditional basis with cash funds ready.
