After 3 years since Flint Real Estate opened for business we have placed 1st in the 2026 CoStar awards 'Industrial Award - Most Active Single Branch Agency (Number of Deals)' for Yorkshire & The Humber and 2nd for deals done by sq ft. Along with some placings in the Leeds and Sheffield office market rankings.
